Under Your Shell
Its so worrying whats happening with our economy.
People are all having to do so much more to make ends meet, Usually when you get near to making them meet someone then goes and moves the posts anyway, nobody knows what tomorrow will bring all we know for certain is uncertainty.
You can end up loosing a big part of your fun side through stress and tiredness its not easy to keep smiling and enjoy every day when theres so much to worry about is it.
But whatever lifes throwing at you we should remember one thing, life is for living.
None of us should lose that thought.
Ive done my stint and am still working hours most people dont believe, but with 5 children triplets included, i know what its like to have to really pull out all the stops to keep everything paid and running, its not easy.
But ive always told my children one thing, although mum works long hours and is often very tired its those little moments i get that make my happy thoughts that get you through those hard days..
Those simple things like going for a walk, listening to my music, or sitting on the beach watching the stars …. they dont cost anything, only my time..
Ive really missed that at times , its a big part of who i am and makes me who i am inside. I know without being able to switch off from the packing and work, I wouldnt be as content as i am now.
I love people for whats inside them not the outside shells ……
You can be so beautiful on the outside, but its what you hold inside under that shell thats makes you special , the more you put in the better you will feel .
Many people feel by having a new hairdo or image change, it will make them fresher more appealing, it does help make you feel good and you should always take time out for yourself regardless of what you have to do, even if its only for a short time.
Start on your inside first, as whats inside shines through , we can all see and feel a confident person, we cant see if they have money troubles or how much work they have at home, only the person in front of us that has that special inner glow.
That’s my outlook anyway
The real beauty is whats hidden inside that shell
But you have to open it and take time out for yourself
To let it shine ……………
