Depp Partners Cruz Pirates of the Caribbean 4

Johnny Depp has unveiled details of the latest Pirates Of The Caribbean movie – albeit in the guise of the drunken pirate he plays in it, Captain Jack Sparrow.
Depp revealed his character for the fourth in the salty seadog franchise
In full costume, speaking in his pitch-perfect English accent and swigging from a bottle of rum, he confirmed the rumours that Penelope Cruz was to be his co-star in On Stranger Tides and gave a clue as to what the plot would be about.

With the instantly-recognisable Klaus Badelt-penned score in the background, Sparrow says: ‘You may have heard whisperings and rumours that Captain Jack Sparrow be recruiting a crew, to undertake a voyage to the fountain of youth – Not true! Course not!
‘But even if it weren’t not true, you wouldn’t be interested in joining me would you!? Eh? No? Thought not.
‘I do admit, that they’d be very substantial dangers along the way. Including, but not limited to: zombies, cutthroats, mermaids, and a vicious and vivacious Penelope Cruz. Which is why I’m not going! No sir. It’s impossible to find the place anyway.
‘No-one knows where it is. Of course, they’d have to have a bloody map. Or a Bloody Mary. Or both. Which is not a bad idea in fact, a Bloody Mary. Bloody Marys all round! It’s on the mouse. Barman!’

Cruz – who in real life, recently married long-term love and fellow actor Javier Bardem – plays Angelica, a woman from Sparrow’s past, and obviously, the love interest in the movie.
According to the synopsis already released by the film’s producers, Walt Disney Pictures (hence Depp’s Mickey Mouse joke), Captain Jack Sparrow can’t decide if it’s love, or if she’s a ruthless con artist who’s using him to find the fabled Fountain of Youth.

When she forces him aboard the Queen Anne’s Revenge, the ship of pirate Blackbeard (played by former Lovejoy star Ian McShane), Jack finds himself on an unexpected adventure in which he doesn’t know who to fear more: Blackbeard or the woman from his past.
The fourth movie in the ‘Pirates’ franchise also sees the return of stars Geoffrey Rush as Barbossa and Kevin McNally as Gibbs.
It’s the follow-up to 2007′s At World’s End, which is the eighth biggest-grossing movie of all time, taking a whopping £621,000,000 at the box office.

This time, it’s directed by Rob Marshall, the man behind the Oscar-winning film adaptation of Chicago, which saw Catherine Zeta Jones lift the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress.
2006′s Dead Man’s Chest meanwhile is the third highest-grossing movie of all time, taking an enormous £689,166,347.
Depp has most recently been on our screens as the Mad Hatter in Tim Burton’s production of Alice In Wonderland. He’s also just finished filming The Tourist, a thriller in which he co-stars with Angelina Jolie, which hits our screens next spring.
Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides meanwhile opens on May 20, 2011.

X Factor Gossip Bootcamp Cheryl, Dannii, Nicole

Cheryl Cole is reportedly scared that Simon  will give her X Factor judges job to Nicole Scherzinger. Nicole  was originally booked to replace Dannii Minogue at this year’s Manchester auditions and give her a well earned maternity break. However, when Cheryl Cole was hospitalised with malaria and ordered to take an extended break from all work commitments, the Pussycat Doll welcomed a return to keep Cheryls seat warm at the bootcamp stages in London

Dannii Minogue is scheduled to return to The X Factor later this summer, however insiders say the star is worried about uprooting her family and moving to the UK for six months.
The Australian presenter is currently enjoying some maternity leave, after giving birth to her first child Ethan earlier this month. Dannii is due to film the judges houses stage of the show at her new home in Melbourne in August/September and to return to the UK for live shows in October, however friends close to the star say that she is starting to have second thoughts…

Nicole Scherzinger has reportedly used her time on The X Factor well and managed to convince Simon Cowell to change the format slightly on the age groups.
The Pussycat Doll singer who is currently standing in for Cheryl at the bootcamp stage of the show, as Cheryl recovers from Malaria is said to have convinced Mr Cowell to change the age limit of the older group of contestants from 25 to 28.
A show insider told The Sun, “There was no way Cheryl was going to be able to do Boot Camp, despite being on the mend”. Nicole was great in Manchester and Simon really likes her.
“She knows Wembley will be a tough gig, but she’s proved she’s feisty and entertaining.”

All we can say is Cheryl’s shoes arent easily filled but Nicole does have something in common she and Cheryl do share…. That being the public thumbs up Derek partnership.

Monthly Horoscopes for July Zodiac Star Signs

CANCER (22 June – 23 July) – Happy Birthday Cancer!

The time for changing things has passed. It’s your turn now to watch from inside and wait until the storm has passed or until a major event has finished. If you’re concerned about something, find a quiet place to contemplate it and you will discover how you can manage your part in it. Relationships may not take off while you’re in this lull, so it may be best to stop pushing for it. The tighter your grip, the harder it will be for you to hold on. Let go, open your mind and sit on the sidelines this month. You may learn more from observing rather than doing.

LEO (24 July – 23 August)

You’ll find happiness and comfort in chatting and socialising this month Leo. Allow yourself to be taken along with the ebb and flow of conversation and general mood of the room. Expand your creative side and adopt an anything goes mentality for the best fun you’ve had all year. Take off someplace different and embrace your surroundings and the locals. It’s a time for raw honesty and transparency in relationships and you may be surprised at how far you can move forward once both sides drop their guard.

VIRGO (24 August – 23 September)

Confidence in yourself and others is what will see you through in July Virgo. You may think you should be relaxing but of course your mind won’t turn off to allow you that pleasure. Nevertheless, you’ll be seeing clearly and buzzing with ideas. Someone may not understand the deal you present to them and choose to ignore it. Instead of thinking it’s a failed deal, you should try it on for yourself to see if the shoe fits. You know it will work because you’ve done the research already so trust yourself and go for it.

LIBRA (24 September – 23 October)

Your patience will be tested in July Libra and you may still be rather agitated from events in June. If you catch yourself snapping at someone who didn’t really deserve it, apologise straight away as it will not only diffuse the situation but force you to take a step back from hysteria and see clearer. Make sure you have a couple of backup plans if there’s something really important, as it will save you some unnecessary stress. If it’s your mind that is cluttered, get out a pen and write everything down on paper including some lists. You will get there, you always do.

SCORPIO (24 October – 22 November)

You will be sharing some goals and activities with others this month Scorpio. You’ll feel relaxed enough to put your faith and trust in some people close to you. You may share investments, travel arrangements, or similar interests in sporting events. Success and freedom coupled with thorough enjoyment is definitely in the air this July and you’ll be having a blast with it. You’ll laugh till you cry and dance till your feet hurt all the while taking leaps and bounds to exactly where you wanted to be in your dreams.

SAGITTARIUS (23 November – 21 December)

Rarely do you get a chance to have your head and heart aligned together and on the same page, but July is such a time for you Sagittarius. To take advantage of this clarity, feel free to speak your mind with as much conviction as you want because it will be received very well. It’s also the perfect time to reinvent yourself and have some honest conversations with people close to you. There’s a large focus on the home and on taking it easy. If you’ve recently been travelling you’ll be craving some alone time at home.

CAPRICORN (22 December – 20 January)

There’ll be some big deals floating around at work and while you’re keen to get started on them, you may also need to take a short break from it all. Involve a team mate from the beginning to ensure they can take over, should you need to step back. July is a busy month for you with travel, workload or other social engagements taking up most of your time. You may encounter some negativity misdirected at you. Tread carefully because the person may just be a little insecure and is simply looking for a bit of reassurance.

AQUARIUS (21 January – 19 February)

Adventure is your middle name this July. You’ll have plenty of new experiences and taste tests, some of which may stay with you for quite awhile into the future. All the new activities will eventually wear you down and even the constant socialising will become a bit of a chore. You might benefit from slowing down a little or saying no occasionally this month or simply putting it off until tomorrow! Someone trying to give you a compliment this month may have it fall on deaf ears. Look out for it and acknowledge it because they will be hurt if you show no response.

PISCES (20 February – 20 March)

Your heart will go out to a close friend in July and they will cherish any help you can give them, whether it’s a phone call, a visit out of the blue or just a short email to say that you are thinking of them. At work, the difference between what someone says and what the truth is could be shocking, so be wary of some hidden agendas at play. You may be thinking of study options, but it’s not the time for rushing into a lengthy commitment without having slept on it first.

ARIES (21 March – 20 April)

Early on in July there will be some emotional turbulence to get through or some surprises that shock you or hit a little too close to home. The only solution may be refusing to respond and simply soaking it all up, ready to digest sometime later when you can deal with it all. It may be a mentally tough month for you Aries, but if you keep your dreams and goals in view at every moment they will help to put you back on track once more. Trust in yourself and believe you will get where you want to be. Time and perseverance together will eventually deliver your dreams to you

TAURUS (21 April – 21 May)

You’ll feel a growing sense of freedom welling in you this month even though when you look realistically at everything you’re into, there’s barely enough room to squirm. You may be on the precipice of starting something that will require consistent and steady input for the future but with huge rewards. By the end of the month you’ll be able to look back on July and smile proudly at what you’ve accomplished. Sure, things won’t always remain exactly the same way forever, but you’ve planted some seeds that will bear fruits for you in years to come.

GEMINI (22 May – 21 June)

You will be wonderfully relaxed in July and some might even comment that you are oddly tranquil, which you have to admit, is a little out of character for you. Because you are so at ease with everything and are also able to find laughter in anything, you will suddenly have the time to socialise and be able to make new friends or even revisit some old ones. Care is needed however, when promising the world this month Gemini, because it will have a boomerang effect if you aren’t able to deliver on it.
