Tuesday. February 27

It is the third week of trading and both boutiques are doing well. They have each achieved some success in the weekly challenges and with the score at 1-1 it is time for one of them to take the lead. But will it be Bows or Better Half?
This week’s challenge is set by the Star Style Editor for Now Magazine and, for once, it shouldn’t be too difficult for our WAGs as it is all about dressing up and pouting for the cameras. Easy!
The girls are required to art direct a photo shoot that will appeal to the Now readers. They have to select the clothes (from their stock), choose the props and model the styles themselves. The winners will get to see their photos in print as the prize is a spread in the magazine.
Better Half manager Cassie nominates herself and Charlotte, whilst Bows’ manager Nicola T opts for Madeleine and Michaela. With just a few hours to source the items, the heat is on and the girls set out to find their outfits.
Madeleine and Michaela choose ‘Monochrome madness’ as their theme, capitalising on the abundance of black and white clothes they have in their boutique.
Meanwhile, Charlotte and Cassie have a title (’Never Too Busy to Be Gorgeous’) but are struggling to find the clothes to match.
First in front of the camera are Bows and they discover that their chosen prop (a lampshade) just isn’t stylish enough for the shoot. However, their rock chick style is spot on and they get the shots they want.
Will Better Half do as well? Cassie is feeling deflated as she realises that there is no consistent style to their chosen clothes. Worse still, the photographer can’t stop laughing at their props (a selection of clocks) and the girls are forced to abandon them. Instead they put all their energy into their modelling and despite a shaky start, leave with some fine feedback from the photographer who claims that they ‘gave it everything’.
Back at the boutiques, things aren’t going so well. Bows are faced with their first angry customer who demands compensation in the form of free product whilst Cassie returns from the shoot to discover that Elle has been slacking and punishes her in true WAG style - by forcing her to wear the least glamorous outfit in the shop - a camouflage tracksuit!
The stock has been flying out of Bows and they have a nice but urgent problem to resolve - how to stock their shelves without spending any more money.
Nicola T (a self-confessed, list-writing obsessive) proves her worth as manager, persuading two wholesale companies to donate some stock and, with the rails replenished, the girls are back in business…just in time for the rush of Saturday customers!
To liven things up, both boutiques decide to get into the party spirit - Better Half with a ‘3rd Week’ birthday party (complete with balloons and cake) and Bows with a bit of fancy dress.
Nicola T has bought each girl a costume including police woman, bunny girl and devil. However, there are some strange looks from the customers and the girls give up after just a few hours, worried that they look more like an ‘Ann Summers shop’ than a fashion boutique!
There is a special, guest customer for both boutiques as infamous Celebrity Big Brother contestant Danielle Lloyd pays a visit. The paparazzi are out in force but there is one WAG who has no time for the tabloids. Michaela has just heard that there is a story in one of the papers, claiming that her recent ex Stewart Downing (whom she was with for four years) is the father to a ‘love-child’.
But there is some better news in store. The challenge has been judged and, despite strong feedback for both shoots, Bows are declared the winners, making the score 2-1 in their favour and landing them a fantastic prize. As well as having their shoot published, the girls will also be getting their own column in Now (www.nowmagazine.co.uk)
Will Better Half be able to score an equaliser next week? Tune in at 9pm Tuesday for more!

Project Catwalk
Series 2
Week 8
Â
The designers this week met with Myleene Klass and set the task or them to design a gown that is suitable or a guest judge appearance at a red carpeted event that is to be held at the Royal Albert Hall. Myleene asked that the gown is to be bright, young, fresh and different with no dark colours.
Â
The fearless 5 met with British designer to the stars, Kyri, whose clients have included everyone from Victoria Beckham to Rachel Hunter and Myleene herself, for hints and tips on their red carpet creations and then set to work. The designers had an £80.00 budget and 15 minutes to choose their fabric from a special silk selection.
Â
When the fabric arrives, Shawla jumped in grabbing what she wanted almost ripped the fabric, then chucked it at Luke when she realised that Myleene did not like lilac. As they were all busy cutting and sewing Ben announced that there was someone who wanted to speak to them all.
Â
The caller was Myleene herself to hit the team with the first twist in true project catwalk style, the twist was to also make an over garment to create a difference to the garment which can be removed should she wish to reveal two looks still made to the red carpet standard. Shocked at this point, as nobody every leaves enough time to finish one garment, let alone two, chaos commenced.
Â
Back at their accommodation, mail was found, the task was to pull a name from the hat and create a cocktail based on that person, they then decided to dress up in each others clothes as that person as well, with Wayne renaming himself as Swayne due to the fact that he was wearing Shawl’s dress.
Â
In all the excitement the group overlook the act that there was more mail, the plot thickens, it was a DVD, on viewing the DVD it was last weeks guest judge Caprice, with a message to Luke. Caprice announced that she was absolutely thrilled with Luke’s design from last week that she want to borough his garment and send it of to have it manufactured or her collection and would he come and work for her, needless to say Luke got his knickers in a twist with excitement and jumped for joy.
Now for the catwalk parade, the panel at this point are becoming quite brutal, but honest and considering the designers keep saying who great they are, we still have yet to see this.
Â
Wayne’s design was compared to a Miss Jamaica outfit, although it was bold in colour he tried to hard with the detail and did nit succeed, he was safe this week but it was a very close call.

Â
Shawla’s Design was unfinished especially the red bolero to go over the dress, which once on made the garment look worse.

Â
Giles got all ruffled, which did not bow well with the design that he went with.

Â
Luke aimed or the stars with his design, with a very high split which showed a little more Klass than was expected.

Â
And Monika kept to the brief as always. NOT. Creating as Julian put it “a rusty old bag) she did not use any vibrant colours, it was not glamorous, very avant-garde, it was a brave decision but it was no show stopper and was safe but only just.

Â
As the designers were asked who they thought was the weakest the finger pointed unanimously to Luke. Have the others got a touch of jelly belly due to his praise from caprice?? Thinking that Luke was to leave he wiped the smiles o their faces again as he scored his hat trick followed up by Myleene asking him to finish the garment to her specification as she would be honoured to wear his gown to the special event, lets hope he sews the seams up a little so Myleene does not show of her credentials.
Â
So no guesses this week the boaster with the most has left the house and we give Shawla the going going gong.

Music Song Lyrics
What goes around / comes around
Hey girl, is he everything you wanted in a man?
You know I gave you the world
You had me in the palm of your hand
So why your love went away
I just can’t seem to understand
Thought it was me and you babe
Me and you until the end
But I guess I was wrong
Don’t want to think about it
Don’t want to talk about it
I’m just so sick about it
Can’t believe it’s ending this way
Just so confused about it
Feeling the blues about it
I just can’t do without ya
Tell me is this fair?
Is this the way it’s really going down?
Is this how we say goodbye?
Should’ve known better when you came around
That you were gonna make me cry
It’s breaking my heart to watch you run around
‘Cause I know that you’re living a lie
That’s okay baby ’cause in time you will find…
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
Now girl, I remember everything that you claimed
You said that you were moving on now
And maybe I should do the same
Funny thing about that is
I was ready to give you my name
Thought it was me and you, babe
And now, it’s all just a shame
And I guess I was wrong
Don’t want to think about it
Don’t want to talk about it
I’m just so sick about it
Can’t believe it’s ending this way
Just so confused about it
Feeling the blues about it
I just can’t do without ya
Can you tell me is this fair?
Is this the way things are going down?
Is this how we say goodbye?
Should’ve known better when you came around
(should’ve known better that you were gonna make me cry)
That you were going to make me cry
Now it’s breaking my heart to watch you run around
‘Cause I know that you’re living a lie
That’s okay baby ’cause in time you will find
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
What goes around comes around
Yeah
What goes around comes around
You should know that
What goes around comes around
Yeah
What goes around comes around
You should know that
Don’t want to think about it (no)
Don’t want to talk about it
I’m just so sick about it
Can’t believe it’s ending this way
Just so confused about it
Feeling the blues about it (yeah)
I just can’t do without ya
Tell me is this fair?
Is this the way things are going down?
Is this how we say goodbye?
Should’ve known better when you came around
(should’ve known better that you were gonna make me cry)
That you were going to make me cry
Now it’s breaking my heart to watch you run around
‘Cause I know that you’re living a lie
But that’s okay baby ’cause in time you will find
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
[Comes Around interlude:]
Let me paint this picture for you, baby
You spend your nights alone
And he never comes home
And every time you call him
All you get’s a busy tone
I heard you found out
That he’s doing to you
What you did to me
Ain’t that the way it goes
You cheated girl
My heart bleeds girl
So it goes without saying that you left me feeling hurt
Just a classic case
A scenario
Tale as old as time
Girl you got what you deserved
And now you want somebody
To cure the lonely nights
You wish you had somebody
That could come and make it right
But girl I ain’t somebody with a lot of sympathy
You’ll see
(What goes around comes back around)
I thought I told ya, hey
(What goes around comes back around)
I thought I told ya, hey
(What goes around comes back around)
I thought I told ya, hey
(What goes around comes back around)
I thought I told ya, hey
[laughs]
See?
You should’ve listened to me, baby
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
Because
(What goes around comes back around)
[laughs]

The one thing that the Oscar’s did support on the red carpet this year was a Grecian theme. The celebrities arrived in loor length, softly draped column dress that would not have looked out o place in ancient Athens.
The stars opted or neutral classical tones in soft sheer farics, embellished with diamonds worth millions of pounds.
The night though, belonged to Dame Helen Mirren, who took home Best Actress Gong or her role in The Queen, Helen looked like royalty in a sparkling dress which featured real gold leaf.
Other Greek chic gowns at the Oscar’s were worn by J-Lo, Penelope Cruz, Kate Winslet and Rachel Weisz.
If you diod not get to see the Oscar’s with the fashion on the red carpet and this is all sounding Greek to you, then check out our gallery of Oscar red carpet dresses.
